The Bermudagrass leafhopper, Xyphon reticulatum (formerly placed in the genus Cicadulina), is a small, agile species of leafhopper in the family Cicadellidae, known for its association with grasses, particularly Bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon). Native to the Americas, this insect is characterized by its delicate, yellowish or pale-green body and distinctive reticulate (net-like) wing venation, which gives the species its name. X. reticulatum feeds on plant sap using its piercing-sucking mouthparts and can cause damage to turfgrass.
