Iguana iguana
The Green Iguana is a tropical species of lizard native to Central and South America. They inhabit forest canopies, and can travel over long distances in search of food. These reptiles have a herbivorous diet, consisting of leaves, flowers, and fruit. Green Iguanas have a striking appearance, with a long, slender body, a crest of spines running down their back, and a vibrant green colouration that fades with age.
