Citreoline Trogon
Trogon citreolus
The Citreoline Trogon is a species of bird in the Trogonidae family. Endemic to western Mexico, the Citreoline Trogon is fairly common in arid or semi-arid woodland habitats, mangroves and plantations and semi-open areas. Perches mainly at middle to upper levels. Sometimes found in small groups at fruiting trees. Yellow belly, pale yellow eyes (duller on immatures) and mostly white underside to the tail, with no dark barring.
