Itaballia demophile, commonly known as the Cross-barred White, is a medium-sized butterfly in the family Pieridae. It is distinctive among white butterflies for its bold dark crossbars on otherwise pale wings. This species is found in Mexico, Central America, and South America, inhabiting tropical forests, edges, and clearings. Adults are active fliers, often seen moving quickly through shaded areas or visiting flowers for nectar.
