Mathew’s Groundstreak (Rubroserrata mathewi) is a small, discreet hairstreak butterfly in the family Lycaenidae. s its common name implies, R. mathewi is most often encountered close to the ground, perching on low vegetation, leaf litter, or bare soil in open woodland, scrub, and dry forest edges. Like other hairstreaks, it makes short, quick flights.
