Lerodea eufala, commonly known as the Eufala Skipper, is a small grass skipper in the family Hesperiidae. The underside is generally pale tan to light brown, with minimal markings, providing camouflage when the butterfly rests with wings partially closed. Lerodea eufala is found in the southern United States, Mexico, Central America, and parts of South America, inhabiting grassy areas such as fields, lawns, roadsides, and open habitats. Adults are often seen flying low over grass or perching on blades, making quick, darting movements typical of grass skippers.
