Flowers by Colour

The genus Solanum is one of the largest and most diverse genera in the Solanaceae (Nightshade) family. It includes over 1,000 species of herbs, shrubs, vines, and small trees, many of which have agricultural, medicinal, and ecological significance. Typically star-shaped with five petals. Colours range from white, purple, blue, or yellow. Yellow anthers in a cone-like structure are common.
