The Androgeus Swallowtail (Heraclides androgeus), also known as the Androgeus Giant Swallowtail, is a large and vibrant butterfly native to tropical and subtropical regions from Mexico to northern South America. Both sexes sip nectar from flowering shrubs and trees, playing a role in pollination.
