Ipomoea ampullacea, commonly known as the Bottle Morning Glory, is a fast-growing annual vine native to the seasonally dry tropical biomes of Western Mexico and parts of Central America. This climbing liana is characterized by its broad, heart-shaped leaves and distinctive white or occasionally pale pink, funnel-shaped flowers that typically unfurl in the morning and begin to close by the afternoon.
