Genus Eucoleocerus is a genus of broad-nosed weevils in the family Curculionidae and subfamily Entiminae. These beetles are native to the Americas, particularly arid and semi-arid regions of Mexico and the southwestern United States, where they are often associated with shrubs, trees, and other native vegetation. Like other broad-nosed weevils, Eucoleocerus species possess a short, broad rostrum rather than the long snout typical of many weevils. Their bodies are usually oval and densely covered with scales that create mottled patterns of gray, brown, white, or green, providing excellent camouflage on bark, leaves, and stems.
